Information Overlayr does not collect

The Overlayr website does not provide account creation, login, comments, contact forms, newsletters, or payments.

The operator does not directly collect, use, or store names, email addresses, phone numbers, addresses, payment information, location information, sensitive information, game account information, or personal information entered by users.

Technical access information

Hosting and security infrastructure such as Cloudflare may automatically process access logs needed for page requests, download requests, security response, and troubleshooting.

The operator does not use this information to create user profiles or identify individuals, and does not store it in a separate operator database.

Advertising, cookies, and third parties

On pages where Google AdSense or another ad partner is enabled, those services may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers for ad delivery, frequency capping, reporting, and fraud prevention.

Google and its partners may serve personalized or contextual ads based on visits to this site or other sites. Users can adjust personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings.

Overlayr does not sell personal information and does not pass user-submitted personal information to ad partners.

Consent and regional rights

Before serving personalized or cookie-based ads to users in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, configure AdSense Privacy & messaging or a Google-certified CMP for the required disclosures and consent flow.

If a regional privacy request applies, the operator can respond by confirming that it does not hold personal information submitted by the user.

Retention and changes

Because the operator does not store personal information submitted by users, it does not maintain a separate personal information retention period.

When ad partners or the service structure changes, this page and ads.txt should be updated together.
