These terms apply to the Overlayr website, download center, and game-specific overlays. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

Overlayr is an information and distribution site for game-specific Windows overlay downloads and usage documentation.
Overlayr is not officially affiliated with Nexon, MapleStory, Mabinogi Mobile, or the streaming services listed on the site. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Software and downloads
Download files are provided as available, and users are responsible for checking whether they are appropriate for their Windows environment and the applicable game terms.
The overlays are intended for gameplay assistance or displaying information above the screen. They must not be used to bypass game security, automation restrictions, or anti-abuse systems.
Prohibited use
You may not use the service for illegal activity, copyright or trademark infringement, malware distribution, invalid ad clicks, automated traffic generation, or account compromise.
When ads are displayed, you may not encourage ad clicks, promise rewards, or make ads look like download buttons, menus, or site content.
Privacy and advertising
The Overlayr operator does not collect, use, or store personal information through accounts, contact forms, or analytics tools.
On pages where ads are enabled, third-party ad services such as Google may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses, or other identifiers, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Limitations and changes
The service and download files may be interrupted, changed, or removed, and operation is not guaranteed for every game update or operating system environment.
To the extent permitted by law, Overlayr is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, downloads, third-party ads, or external links.
